Demo versions of subtitles will always have "-demo" in the filename. If you see something like "vega-preview", note that this is not the demo subs but rather the name of the AI that was used to create the subtitles. It's only the demo file if you see the word "demo" in the filename. 其他 causes of this can be if your video player is still using the demo subtitles. Make sure to select the correct subtitles in your video player.

To download subtitles, you can use the search bar above or visit the 全部 字幕 page. Once you find the subtitle you need, click the download button to get the subtitle file.

To upload a video file for subtitles, visit the AI Dashboard and click the "New 字幕 請求" button. You can then upload your video file and select the language you want the subtitles in.

透過 URL 上傳（例如 rapidgator）時，你最多可上傳 20.0 GB 的檔案。一般上傳限制請參考方案頁面。

月度代幣包含在您的訂閱中，並在每個結帳週期重新整理。您可以將其用於 AI 字幕請求或字幕下載。未使用的月度代幣不會結轉至下個月。

月度代幣來自您的訂閱，每月重置。代幣是購買的且永不過期。兩者用途相同——會先使用您的月度代幣，接著才使用您購買的代幣。

如果您在下次更新前已用完月度代幣，扣款將自動改用您購買的代幣。如果那些也不夠，您可以購買更多代幣或等到下個結帳週期的月度代幣重新整理。

您可以在「我的帳戶」>「我的訂閱」>「變更方案」下管理您的訂閱。

您的每日免費下載將在UTC時區午夜重新整理。
