Help & Support

Here you can find answers to frequently asked questions (FAQs) or get in touch for more support.

General

Demo versions of subtitles will always have "-demo" in the filename. If you see something like "vega-preview", note that this is not the demo subs but rather the name of the AI that was used to create the subtitles. It's only the demo file if you see the word "demo" in the filename. Other causes of this can be if your video player is still using the demo subtitles. Make sure to select the correct subtitles in your video player.
We only provide subtitles (i.e. .srt text files).
To download subtitles, you can use the search bar above or visit the All Subtitles page. Once you find the subtitle you need, click the download button to get the subtitle file.
You can update your username here. Note that usernames can only be updated once.
For a detailed guide on using various subtitle formats, including SRT and ASS, please visit our How to Use Subtitles page.
Most modern video players, including VLC, KMPlayer, and MX Player, support these formats. Ensure your player is updated to the latest version for the best experience.
Some subtitle files can be out of sync with your video file. Luckily, many video players offer the option to manually adjust subtitle timing. Check the settings of your specific player for synchronization options.
You can also use a third-party tool to shift your subtitles.

Auto-Subtitle Requests

To upload a video file for subtitles, visit the AI Dashboard and click the "New Subtitle Request" button. You can then upload your video file and select the language you want the subtitles in.
When you upload a file, you should see a progress bar right under the upload box. Depending on your upload speeds and the file size, it may take a few minutes to upload. If you don't see the progress bar, try using a different browser or device.

We support importing files from rapidgator or dropbox.

Ensure your file is publicly accessible.

You can upload files up to 20.0 GB for URL-based uploads (e.g. rapidgator). See standard upload limits on the Plans page.

Subscriptions

Monthly Tokens are included with your subscription and refresh every billing cycle. You can spend them on AI subtitle requests or subtitle downloads. Unused Monthly Tokens do not carry over to the next month.
Monthly Tokens come from your subscription and reset each month. Tokens are purchased and never expire. Both spend on the same things — your Monthly Tokens are used first, then your purchased Tokens.
If you've used up your Monthly Tokens before the next refresh, spends automatically fall back to your purchased Tokens. If you don't have enough of those either, you can buy more Tokens or wait until your Monthly Tokens refresh next billing cycle.
You can manage your subscription under My Account > My Subscriptions > Change Plan.
Your daily free downloads will refresh at midnight UTC timezone.
